Our company is
specialized in the production of oysters in open
sea, oysters from St-Vaast and bouchot mussels in
Normandy.
Our oyster production takes place on two different
sites, two "terroirs" that give each of our oysters
its particularity.
Since 1878 for oysters from St-Vaast and 1966 for
the west coast, we ensure the consistent quality of
our products.
In 1996, we gathered with other producers to create
the trading company Cultimer. Two years later,
Cultimer has become Cultimer France – Producteurs
Associés. Nowadays, Cultimer France sells 10000t of
shellfishes in the world, mainly mussels and oysters
from then French coasts. |
